    Chris has over 25+ years experience working at Accenture, Baringa, REPL Group, John Lewis & Partners and House of Fraser. He has operated as a senior Partner providing business and technology advisory services to the retail, convenience & fuel and hospitality industries and has a background in large scale complex technology enabled business transformation.

    Tim has spent 25 years delivering complex technology enabled change across the retail, convenience & fuel and hospitality sectors. From his early days as a developer at John Lewis & Partners through to senior leadership roles at REPL Group and Accenture he has built trusted delivery capabilities at scale.

  • Ross Marshall

    PARTNER


    Ross has 18+ years experience working at bp, REPL Group and Accenture. With a background spanning both consultancy and industry he has experience shaping, mobilising, leading and recovering transformation initiatives in large complex global enterprises with a deep specialism in POS, payments and back office technologies.

  • Matt Roberts

    PARTNER


    Matt has 18+ years experience working across various sectors including grocery, fashion, convenience & fuel and hospitality. He has worked at Tesco, REPL Group and Accenture leading complex technology enabled change including generative AI, ERP and omnichannel solutions.
